So apparently I started this post a long time ago, and then completely forgot to finish it when my internship and new job started. Which means this post is unfortunately out of season, but hey- it’s still 100 degrees where I live,so I think I’ll cut myself some slack.

Hey friends!

How’s it going? I got out of my class last night at 10pm, which I am pretty sure is illegal, and I am tired!

Thankfully, I have all of the glitter. All of it. Because I am the proud owner of ColourPop’s Nillionaire from their Summer Collection. I bought a bunch of items from their Summer launch that I’ll be sharing this Friday for Happy Hour, but today we put all the focus on Nillonaire, because it’s goregeoussssss. And to make it even more summery around here, I’ve got Good Juju from Left Hand Brewing Company, a really nice ginger ale. (The kind for grownups. Sorry, kids.)

EOTD/BOTD: So Quiche!

Hey friends!

Sorry if posts have been coming out a bit slower these past few days. I’ve been working on a few things behind the scenes and I’m slowly but surely catching up.

In other news: We’re halfway through the week! I needed glitter in my life today, so I thought I would revisit an old favorite for today’s EOTD: Colourpop’s So Quiche! (And by old I mean I bought this shade like 9 months ago. But still.)

For the Beer of the Day, I decided to switch it up. I’ve been drinking a lot of light, warm weather beers lately, but I felt it was time to get back to one of my favorites: a coffee porter, and Ballast Point’s Victory at Sea seemed perfect for this cause.

It’s the end of the semester for me, and I’m going out of town this weekend, and ha, I still work full time, and I just bought a car, so this is me:

EOTD/BOTD: Game of Thrones Inspired

Hey friends!

Happy Wednesday!

I think I’ve mentioned several times that I’m a Game of Thrones fan. I’ve read the books, I drink the beer, and I watch the show, (through my fingers because I can’t handle gore). In honor of the new season premiering this Sunday, I thought today would be a great time to go with a gratuitously themed EOTD/BOTD post.

I’ve got not one, but TWO, EOTDs using shades from Notoriously Morbid’s Game of Thrones Vanishing Cabinets. And the Valar Morguhlis Dubbel Ale from Ommegang Brewery! It doesn’t get any more themed than that.

EOTD/BOTD: Aromaleigh’s Blush Response

Hey friends!

How’s it going today? So I started watching The Unbreakable Kimmy Schmit on Netflix, (usually while I’m scarfing down dinner), and I’m loving it. It’s charming, silly, and hilarious, with jokes and gags crammed into every scene. I had a meh day and Kimmy Schmidt was a great pick-me-up. Let me know in the comments if you’ve seen it!

Anyway, makeup and beer are also good pick me ups to meh days, and I have both for you today in our EOTD/BOTD. I’m sharing another look I tried with the “More Human Than Human” Collection from Aromaleigh. This one is a fairly subtle work appropriate look. Because that’s where I live.

I also have Belfort, a Belgian Style Strong Ale that Mr. Danger got for me, from Rogness Brewing Company. (I’ve really been on a Belgian role lately.)
