I hope you had a great weekend! I woke up this morning with NO impending deadlines, and it was such an awesome feeling!

Today’s indie advent calendar was perfectly timed and I was able to wear it out to brunch. I think you’ll be impressed with this lovely blush by Glamour Doll Eyes. Even better, most indies have closed up shop for the holidays, but GDE is still in operation, so you can have this on your doorstep before Christmas!

Day 14: Glamour Doll Eyes Blush in Hollywood Affair, ($3-$9).

Hello Waffle’s Junebug has become my Holy Grail blush these days, but this blush might become a contender.

Hollywood Affair-darken rose/mauve with golden pink shimmers.
This color works really well with my warmer skin tone, when I apply it right it makes my cheekbones really stand out. It adds a natural flush to my cheeks and the shimmer is very subtle. It’s super pigmented, so I only needed a tiny bit, and I blended it out with a big brush.

Mr. Danger usually hates blush, but he was a fan of this color, he said it looked very natural and flattering, so that’s a win. I really like it, and it will be in rotation as an everyday blush color for me.
