Today’s EOTD is the look I’ve been wearing to holiday parties this year. I’ve been in the mood for a bold lip, so I’ve tried to come up with a pretty, but subtle, sparkly look. (Although tonight I’ll probably be wearing green glitter eye shadow. Because I can.)

The BOTD is a hard-to-find, but delicious Gingerbread Stout that’s perfect for Christmas. It was worth the beer hunt!

Eye of the Day: Glamour Doll Eyes’ Vulnerable with Too Faced’s Chocolate Bar Palette

The main shadow on my lid is GDE’s Vulnerable, a “light beige with rose and green shimmers”. I added Too Faced’s Chocolate Bar Shadows in Milk Chocolate to the crease, Salted Caramel above the crease, White Chocolate on the brow, and Amaretto to the outer third of my eye lid and lower lash line. And now I’m hungry.

Paired with a bold berry or red lip, and I’ve been good to go for the holidays!

Beer of the Day: Buffalo Bayou’s Gingerbread Stout

I think this beer is only available in Southern states, but if you’re able to get your hands on it, DO IT.

This is a thick, dark stout, but it’s super sweet. You can taste the molasses, ginger and nutmeg, almost like it’s gingerbread cookies in a beer. It’s malty, spicy, and very rich. If you’re not a fan of dark beers, this is probably going to be too much for you. However, I like a porter or stout when it’s cold outside, and this works perfectly for me. Be careful with this one though, it’s 10% ABV.
